These conferences, aimed at the actors in the B30 region, allow for debate on these challenges, to exchange knowledge and generate ideas, synergies and possible creative and innovative actions, always in a welcoming work environment where facilitate networking.

Artificial intelligence (AI) will be a game-changer in the coming years, just as the Internet was in the '90s. Many companies are exploring how to introduce AI into their production processes to be more competitive. In addition, the exponential effervescence of AI applications and their multiple possibilities have opened a debate on ethical aspects that must be taken into account.
 
In this Hub b30 Innovation Café we want to bring closer to SMEs of the region how they can apply AI in their company to be more competitive. We will see different success stories and a debate will be held to analyze what are the opportunities and barriers for the adoption of AI in the business field.

Smart mobility in Polygons of Economic Activity (PAE): For more accessible, interconnected and sustainable polygons

Innovation brunch promoted by the UAB Research Park and the Union of Industrial Estates of Catalonia (UPIC).
 
The fourth industrial revolution has led to a technological revolution with a strong impact on the industry, modifying the concept of Polygons of Economic Activity (PAE). These organizational changes together with the climate emergency demand flexibility in production, a new business organization and a strong commitment to digitization. At the same time that new challenges and needs are generated to make PAEs more accessible, interconnected and sustainable.

3D printing: From prototyping to industrial manufacturing

This Brunch discussed the challenges and difficulties of carrying out advanced analytical innovation projects in the healthcare system.

Sensors in healthcare

The case of Devicare, developer of innovative solutions for diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and monitoring of chronic diseases, and its collaboration with the Group of Chemical Transducers (GTQ) of the IMB-CNM (CSIC), which develops new biochemical transducers based on different materials and interaction methods.
