The Residence Experience in sustainability is a pilot project that combines training practices in companies and the resolution of a challenge through the Final Master's Project using the Challenge Based Research methodology. It has been financed by the Social Council of the UAB and coordinated by the UAB Research Park with the aim of developing cross-cutting skills of UAB graduates and incorporating talent into small and medium-sized companies, to promote sustainable development of the industrial fabric. of the territory B30.
The B30 Training Map initiative aims to adjust professional training plans with respect to the economic activity that exists in the B30 and relate these two elements to gain competitiveness in our labor market.
The Industrial Doctorates programme, promoted by the Government of Catalonia, encourages the development of strategic research projects within a company, where the doctoral student will develop their research training in collaboration with the University. Likewise, these projects will be the subject of a doctoral thesis.
New transformative project promoted by the City Councils of Sabadell, Badia del Vallès, Castellar del Vallès and Cerdanyola del Vallès within the framework of the Work, Talent and Technology program of the Barcelona Provincial Council, which promotes decent work, the improvement of skills of local talent and sustainable economic growth through technology.
